Products

Please read the product description and select the correct size and finish before ordering. Frames are included only where the selected product option expressly includes a frame. Images show the design and presentation; screen colours may differ slightly from the physical print. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery details at checkout. The available payment methods, product prices, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or if an error needs resolving. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any payment taken for it.

Production and delivery

Prints are made to order and fulfilled through PrintShrimp. Allow 1-3 business days for processing before dispatch. Delivery estimates and charges are described in our shipping policy. Arrival estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

We accept cancellation requests before dispatch. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers pay return postage and are responsible for any agreed loss in value where an item is not returned in its original condition. Contact us for return instructions. Our return and refund policy gives the full details and explains how to report damaged, incorrect or missing orders.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
