Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges. Please email george@4x4posters.com and send the item back within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value agreed with us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm the refund or exchange by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to process the credit.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

Please email us with your order number and details of the problem. For damage or print issues, include clear photos of the print and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests before an item has dispatched. Email george@4x4posters.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
