Production and dispatch

Our prints are made to order and fulfilled through PrintShrimp. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free to the United Kingdom, European Union except Cyprus and Malta, United States, Canada and Australia. Other supported international destinations are charged £8.49 per order. Available destinations and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates depend on the destination and are in addition to processing time. PrintShrimp currently estimates 2-3 business days in transit within the UK, 3-4 business days within the US, and 7-10 business days for destinations served from the UK as rest of world. Other destinations vary by local production partner and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Seasonal demand, public holidays, carrier disruption and customs checks can cause delays.

Fulfilment and tracking

Orders are produced close to the delivery destination where available. The production location and carrier depend on the product and destination. We provide tracking when it is available. Some small UK prints use an untracked postal service, so tracking is not guaranteed for every order.

Addresses, delays and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact george@4x4posters.com promptly if you need a correction. If an order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number so we can investigate.

Customs and import charges

Where an order crosses a border, any applicable import charges depend on the destination and route. Charges collected by us are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm whether additional charges may apply. Customs checks can delay delivery. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellations and returns

Cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery under our return and refund policy.
